A 大雨天数90<10的，错。这样的话，大少＋中少＋小少＝90年总雨量<10年，否定题目

B 天数相同，错。（少＋同）不会多。

C 有些雨的天数，but no more than 2 inches, 90年>10年，正确。我是觉得在这对but no more than 2 inches的理解，是指排除小于2inches的，也就是大雨了。所以（中少＋小少＋大多）有可能就大了。

D 90年中雨的雨量是10年的2倍多，看着有点儿绕，错。题目前提已经按每天的降雨量分类大中小雨，中雨的天数90年少于10年，中雨的雨量就不可能多。不存在1天内下几场雨来增加雨量的情况。

E平均雨量90年低于10年，错。题目已说总雨量高了，除12平均数依然高。
