Answer is E, feel no answer at all. D may be the most close one if we understand "Of these, ten called the “select

plays,” are accompanied in L by ancient commentaries and also appear in other medieval manuscripts" as that "ten along with ancient commentaries appear in ALL medieval manuscripts". But this is seriously flawed. So I guess no answer unless E change "any" to "the".
