For several years, per capita expenditure on prescription drugs in Voronia rose by fifteen percent or more annually. 好难的问题呀!第一遍我一个答案都没看出来,回头再看的时候才选A。

政府禁止处方药涨价,处方药的销量并没有上升。但是A则是说大量代替旧药的新药上市,由于新药的价格通常比旧药高(常识),所以一样能够起到加大处方药支出的效果。 所以选A

连这种“常识”也要考吗?ETS折磨人的方式真是变化多端呀

如果新药是由于技术进步引起的,不是更便宜嘛。

8过,这题其他选项就更扯不上了,只好这么理解了。

选项没有说新药的价格一定比现存的药价高,这只是其中一种可能性。

但是如果存在这种可能性是能够解释文章所说的原因的。所以A是最佳答案。

解释题不需要充分必要条件出现,所以不应该把答案解释为由于新药的价格通常比旧药高(常识)。

为什么E不行。。外国高价药占领V的市场,人们expenditure就上升了,不是也是一种解释吗

我当时觉得C关心的利润 yy多了 就想如果能够保持profit不就可以讲价以后还是低成本了么.. 然后发现跟题目不是一个意思lol
