答案选D，我实在想不通，既然做广告的人不会因为issue的数量而减少费用，杂志也没说减少给广告留的地方，为什么这个会说明了计划会导致利润下降呢？

然后D是,每一期花一样的钱,但是总的the number of issues少了,所以广告费少了
