assumption的题目可以用"取非"来验证,ex.(D)取非,即,"chief executive可以从其它方面获得信息",则,原题less well informed的情形就无法成立.故(D)为假设.(E)是无关选项.

why B is wrong, doesn't B bring out the reason,other than new process, that contribute to the sucess of the trial, ?-- so weaken the conclusion.

B项如何翻译啊：analysis of the trial of the new process showed that the cost reduction during the trial was entirely contributable to a reduction in the umber of finished products rejected by quality control

这个umber是什么？OG的解释说since finding the source of the cost savings shows that the savings were no mere accident and so reinforces the conclusion.如何理解？

unmber应该是印刷错误，我觉得是number才对，全句意思为：对新流程测试的分析显示测试中对于成本的降低可以直接归因于生产的不合格成品数量的降低。这确实在更深一个层面上解释了为什么新流程确实降低了成本，应该是加强而不是削弱。

light认为D和E是无关项，可是OG关于D和E的解释是support, 解释如下：

Choices D and E are incorrect since by emphasizing that certain aspects of the product - its design and raw materials - were the same in the standard process and the new process, these two answer choices SUPPORT, rather than cast doubt on, the conclusion that the process itself produced the saving.

不明白为何是support?
