答案是C。我觉得B也算他因啊，该药可能是其它药的替代品，不是最有效啊？是不是我想多了？

另外C中没有提nOVEX这个名字，也没问题是吧

我也有相同的疑问关于选项b，我也觉得是他因，而且OG11th对B的解释是This point does not undermine the advertisement's claim.

不懂啊！！

我的理解是，选项B是加强而非削弱，现在不用Novex的医院以后会转向这种药物，不正证明了它是effective的吗？

转向Novex的原因是病人不能忍受现在服用的药物，（这可能是体质，过敏的其他因素造成的），并没有说是现在的药物比Novex less effective，所以我不认为是加强。

B：不使用NOVEX的医院将会转向novex，是因为患者对创规用药不耐受。

和结论，数目多－－－》有效

will不一定就表示未来的情况,有时候也可以表示现在时.而在结论中提到So when you want the most effective painkiller for sinus pain. Novex is the one to choose.因此,与will关系不是很大..

这到题目我也选了b..后面的选项目我根本没有看....sigh!!

如果要分析的话,告诉大家一个方法就是把选项的内容取反..如果取反以后与结论有矛盾,则该选项一般是正确的..反之,则该选项不能选..这样分析的话b是可以排除的

该题目属于“反对原因”型A-----B...只要说明A有问题的，则可以达到Weaken 的目的。

C说了厂家会低价把药卖给医院，但是它用的是many drug manufacturers，并没有具体到Novex。那么既然Novex价格低，其他药的价格也可以低，并不能看出Novex相对其他药的价格优势。这个证据要是用来证明“医院卖的药比外面药方卖的便宜”还有点用处。

而B，还是我觉得相对最好的答案。它说tolerate the drug the hospitals usually use，我理解为：可能常用的药药性很烈，病人不能忍受，只好换用Novex。（要是理解成，常用的药效果不够，病人还是疼，只好换用Novex，那就是加强了。但是那样的话是不是应该说tolerate the sinus pain？）不过这里的drugs usually used似乎又有点矛盾，毕竟从题干看来，3/4的想表达的意思就是Novex是usually used drug。另外B选项的解释，什么does not undermine,等于没说，不爽！
