为什么不能选B呢？B不是也很有说服力嘛？E中有了time和effort也不能说明可以boost profits啊

为什么D不对？

D.只是说了竞标的方式，但是没有说竞标的结果是否确实对于profit有利（可能竞标后的外包价格比自营的成本还要高）

E的core business体现了可以make profit的具体性

C is  not related b/c it is using an example to come up with a conclusion

E is best because it reinforces the conclusion. Outsourcing not only saves costs, but also saves managers' effort on uneconomical part, so these effort can be devoted to the part most needed managers' attention.

D just repeats the premise that outsourcing can save costs.
C is irrelevant.

E直接说明outsourcing的好处

B说自己做人家的outsourcing，反了

C：题目里没说V是个什么公司，C随意定义

D：以什么方式选择不是题目的重点，argument要更宏观的讲法，即outsouring如果既成事实，如何能说明其的确是号的。
