B是说该限制导致对SG的捕猎期比预定时间更早结束,而这一限制已经实施很多年了.那么如果取消的话,对SG的捕猎期无疑会变的比以前长,那么(对于其他鸟的生存)不是有莉吗/.??

但是我觉得C项也不对，我的理解是：被捕杀时就增多，不捕杀就更多了。

It has been many years since the restriction led to the hunting season for snow geese being closed earlier than the scheduled date.(只是给的红色部分没有会更好理解,加红色变为只对SG的捕杀期,其实应该是对所有动物)

题没太读懂，试着分析一下

题中说geese多了，威胁Some species of Arctic birds。原来有一个限制，就是当geese的population减少5%就要停止hunting,结论是取消这个限制就能 allow the other species to recover.

答案c 说其实限制实行好多年以来停止hunting的日期都比规定日期要早。-----所以即使这个限制取消了，也起不到什么作用，就削弱结论拉

不知道对不对

大家可能对B选项的翻译有误解

B选项的意思是， The restriction led to the hunting season for snow geese being closed earlier than the scheduled date. This phenomenen happend many years ago. But it disappered now!!! That is to say,whether to impose the restriction is not relevant to the change of snow geese population, undermining the argument most.

C: 是加强阿，本来就增加了，取消管制不是增加得更多了吗

D：irrelevant 还有一点加强的感觉
