我选的B,我的理由前面有否定NEVER可以用so many...as...，而且are 和原文的be able to对应。不选C是因为such as是表列举的

'so' is used to describe adjectives. But here 'extraordinary fees' is a noun phrase which is required 'such' not 'so'. Moreover, in this question, 'as' is a conjunction not a preposition.

That is right. But why answer C use "do" to replace "be able to" in the comparison?

extraordinary fees 中的extraordinary难道不是形容词吗？为什么不用so extraordinary fees呢？

比如such a clever boy和 so clever a boy，并没有说such一定要跟不可数名词或复数

这里如果把名词单数变成复数，就变成了so +adj nouns和such + adj nouns

我想这里的考点主要还在于动作的比较对象，就如前面所说的，“他们能收的比现在收的少”，所以用be able to 和charge比较。

会不会是因为B项有歧义啊? so extraordinary fees as they are today 可表示 musical superstars are able to ...也可表示 the fees are so extraordinary today ,所有表意不够明确啊？
