从题意来看,the Oneida应该是某一个Iroquois League,指的是整体概念,我觉得用单数比较好

in siding倒没有觉得有歧异

ABE都有明显错误,相比C,D, C选项更简洁,通顺

C除了简洁，意思是说：Oneida是唯一一个支持的

D是说，在五个支持的联盟里，Oneida是唯一一个不支持的

the Oneida 单复数都可以表示，但是D 选项里后面说 out of the five nations 说明这里the Oneida 指的是 nation，所以ones 应该改成one，were应该改成was

另外the five nations of Iroquios League 与 the five-nation Iroquios league 并不等价
