看了答案是Ａ，　我觉得是不是因为Ｄ中的injured three times离修饰的主语太远了。跟在the first　woman to draw a soldier’s pension　后面会好些。Ａ就解决了这个问题，两个动作并列，都用过去时。

我也选D，不过现在我觉得D不对，因为很明显三个动作是有逻辑顺序的，参军，受伤，退役，应该用并列动词。
