BD同样也是平行的错误，把loan和介词短语并列，同时这个介词短语还很罗嗦

如果不看逻辑的意义，仅仅从语法角度来考虑，根据名词的单复数和主谓一致原则：

Lease-loan buyers are .....

A Lease-loan buyer is ......

但本身因为require用法的原因，这里这2个句子都是错的！永远记住require的用法

require

Ø       require sb. to do sth.

Ø       require of sb. to do sth.

Ø       require that

Ø       require of sb. sth.
