以前的讨论没人对A答案提出异议.

但我想问C,因为A,B中as ... as后确实找不到economy对应的代词,而C中可以看出是代词省略了,而且我在google上发现了一大堆have been previously 的用法,证明时态没问题.只是have应该改成has.

Not as ...as 是可以的

not so...as只能用语否定句，但并不代表not as.. as不能用语否定句

答案是A.C不符合平行对称，谓语动词用复数也没有问题
