请问为什么不能省略that? announced that "句子A and句子 B" 不对吗？

the company announced that 句子M  and 句子N可以引起句子的并列问题，上面的句子N可以与句子M并列，也可以与 the company announce that 句子M并列；

又仔细看了一下，and前没有逗号呀. 也会引起混淆吗？

这里我看不太懂的是: OG认为正确的句子结构应该是在expected后面加上that, 以便跟前面的announced that 平行,

可是这样句子不就变成:

姑且不考虑A, D当中的其它错误, 这样的结构怎么会是正确的结构呢?

and连接的是两个并列的宾语从句，从句就是由引导词和独立谓语组成的句子，所以第二个从句也必须有that，如果去掉that，and连接的就是主句和and后面的句子，有歧义。

OD说的意思是在第一个从句结束后按照原文的意思需要另一个that来保持平衡，指的是announced带的两个句子的平衡。

另外 ... than sb (had) expected.基本算是习惯用法，通常都不会在后面再跟宾语，英语里面忌讳无意义的重复。可以理解为省略了相同部分的及物动词或直接理解为不及物。

喔… 所以OG的意思是说要在expected后面的从句加上that, 而不是紧跟着expected加上that 啊…这样的话我就懂了…

应该是说， 如果两个宾语从句里面，如果有两个不同的主语，that就不能省略吧？我想如果主语相同，谓语不同,that应该是可以省略的。比如：

I said that I would eat meat and drink cola.是可以的。

Right?

楼上的解释画蛇添足了。你的例子在and后加that就不是谁和谁并列的问题了。是明显的错误。stellate说得对，我认为。

我也有这个问题，根据这题的选项比较，同时又setellateJJ说的，是announced的宾语，那应该是在and之后加that，怎么会在except之后加呢，若是在except之后加，是不是 its business will improve in the second half of the year.就是except的宾语而不是announced的宾语了呢。觉得很是疑惑
