下星期一就要考了,第二次打响和美国人的战争.  第一次是大败而归,呵呵

我觉得第一题应选a, 不知对不对，感觉b是首先应该排除的，这里用and来并列，容易导致ambiguity, 用代词his也不好。

第二题我选e,前面几个选项似乎时态不队，

我觉得这题目的确比较难琢磨。

不知nn们怎么选？

"On condition that" is idiomatic. Moreover, "not be named" suggests us to use the subjunctive mood.

I will come on condition (that)(=only if) John is invited too.

估计这句的从句用的虚拟语气。：）

不过它非划线部分的spoken怪怪的，是不是应该是spoke, 或have spoken\had spoken之类的咚咚？

A typo of 楼主. It should be "spoke".
