偶看了以前的讨论，好像大家倾向于the collateral 是farm equipment and land的同位语，我也是这么觉得。是不是ets分析错了？我比较糊涂的是：一般情况下，逗号后面的同位语是遵循就近原则呢，还是优先和主语同位呢？还是由意思来决定呢？  请大家多多指教啊！

我也正被此题困扰，但以前的讨论好像不了了之了，到底the collateral是谁的同位语也没有定论。

我翻了一下白勇的《GMAT语法全解》（见64-65页）：

同位结构：

the collateral(抵押品)作为名词性同位结构，解释说明farm equipment and land。

关于谁优先的问题，我的理解是修饰语要尽量贴近修饰对象，但最后确定是修饰谁的应该还是逻辑意思。
