请教OG 182 （them 代词问题）(多谢！）

D是正确选项。可是我觉得E相对D指代更明确一些，因为E中上半句的主语是household cleaning products,和后面many of them中的them 相对应，而且是不是说这种一般都是优先指代主语的（即是household cleaning products)??不过我也承认E中用的被动语态看起来有些awkward.

而选项D虽然在此句中也不太容易歧义，因为D中前句的主语是单数形式的a  consumer，后面的them也会是指代a consumer，可总感觉有一些变扭，毕竟说是指代一般优先指代主语，是不是这样呢？？

不知大家是如何判断这个的，还请多多指教啊，谢谢！！

不好意思，刚刚才发现自己少打了一个“不”字，我愿意是想说"them也不会是指代a customer 的，可是总觉得有些变扭....", hehe...,在此改正过来。

og 的解释并没有提及指代歧义问题。那么og应该认可通过逻辑判断限定了指代的唯一性。但通过逻辑限定避免歧义的规则是什么？请NN赐教
