想请教大家的是这里 and hence the bonding算是什么用法？插入语？为什么用and连接，却又不影响谓语动词的数？真奇怪！

转意同位语，用and 是因为副词hence can not introduce a setence. 赫赫。"and" is not absolutely necessary. i suppose.
