现在完成时表示动作已经发生但是持续到现在，可是这里动作trim只是个proposal还没有开始执行，所以用完成时有点奇怪？

前一个分句由分号隔开，阐述建议已经出台。 分号后面的句子主句使用现代时，从句使用将来时，但是从句是表示一个还未发生的虚拟情形，即如果 rhinoceroses 的角被修钝了的情况。Once 这个连词（相当于 as soon as...)后面接完成时态，表示一种状态性的条件。
