这个题目我句子读不懂，没明白

从答案来看，用C说明intended后都来修饰mutual funds的

但是A的话，with the intention作的成分是状语，修饰Asset allocators

因此，必须理解这个句子到底再说什么（逻辑意思）才能解答，但是我不太懂这种和金融相关的概念组成的句子。

Asset allocators 是不是资产分配师？？portfolio资产组合表？？mutual funds共有基金？？呵呵总之看的一团雾水

牛人指点一下，这个句子讲的什么？？

with 短语与分词短语的区别请参见OG解释：

C选项中分词短语在这里是做状语修饰主语还是做定语修饰portfolios?为什么分词就比with短语更好？

另外，即使要用分词好象也更应该用intending更好？

絕對不可用抽象名詞代替 V 表達.
- (x) I make a comparison => I compare….
- (x) in reference to => refer to
- (x) They had a plan with intention to…. => They had a plan with intention to ….=> They had a plan intended to…..

另外,intention的习惯用法为：with intention of doing sth.
