OF 在这里是为了与后面所说的SUCH FIRMS 照应，后面出现的SUCH FIRMS证明前面一定提及到了FIRMS，所以应该选一个有FIRM的答案。

这种情况下就用OF 了，其他的例子想不起来了，好像OG里还有一个考REQUIRE 的，但有OF 的选项是错的。

the ungrammatical construction requires of... employers to pay, in which of makes
the phrase incorrect. In C, the use of in rather than for is unidiomatic, and jobs
of comparable skill confusedly suggests that the jobs rather than the workers
possess the skills. In D, the phrase beginning regardless ... is awkward and wordy
in addition to being illogical.

because ( that---) too long, so put ( that---) behind sb( ---emploers)

由于用了后置分词修辞
