可不可以理解为需要一个名词形式和impairment相对应（排除d选项damage和impairment 之间重复的错误），如果是的话，把D选项改成resulting from sitting ...正确吗？
另外D选项中还存在一个near 和 close 的区别问题，查了一下郎文，说是在某些短语中 不能互相替换，e.g. the near future, the near distance / a close friend, close behind, 其他的没说有什么区别，那么在此例中二者是不是可以互相替换？
