"to best extract their flavor"的逻辑主语应该是厨师、主妇之类的人,而不是saffron threads

同意ls的意见。

再补充一点,就算其他不看,B当中最后的pounding也有问题,应该用being pounded比较好吧,因为逻辑主语是saffron threads
