分词词组提前，主语偏长时也会引起全倒装。倒装包括：
1、否定词提前

画线的部分是主语，括号里面的是宾语，剩下的是谓语，这样子应该能理解吧。

我的翻译比较烂，随便翻翻了

不仅仅是大部分中小企业的贷款利息，而且日渐上升的消费贷款包括家庭财产贷款的（贷款利息）都是依赖于the prime。

the prime没想出一个很恰当的解释，MM凑合着看。

the prime好像指的是中央银行制定的基本利率吧。商业贷款利率在这个利率的基础上考虑风险、期限、通胀、供求关系等进行确定。
