Agree! 我想这里是表示程度的修饰agree，much当作程度副词用。

在英语中在很多情况下however much= very much 是修饰动词的，由于very much 只能放在句尾而不能放在句首为加强语气，所以把however much放在句首。

如果however much解释为"多么"来修饰agree, A就和E有同样的错误：即，变成了用逗号分割的两个独立的句子。这应该是不允许的。

however much/many 表示无论多少

例子：I really want the car,however much it costs.
