E 中还有一个问题, 正式文体中尽量避免用, POSSIBLE, POSSIBLELY

another increase might be on the way 是对speculation内容的解释，因此用of表达不如用that到位。而to raise borrowing rate是decision的目的，因此用that就不如to准确。不知道这么想对不对。LZM中提到过类似用法的区别。

这里的help用法～有关系吗？ 急问！！

幾點看法，請大家指教:

一、美式英語中，help 直接接原形動詞，英式英語中，則是help + to +原形動詞

二、speculation 在這句指的是"投機買賣"，不是"猜測"

三、E 當中的they是指主語 decision and speculation，指涉明確。

我觉得应该选E啊，may be没有possibly好啊，而且C中both后面是名词加不定式，and后是名词加从句，没有E对称。不知道我的看法对不对？

我也觉得E比C好。 E比C更对称
