从平衡的角度看，d是最好的，不过d有可能产生这样的歧义：33% 法国的energy从德国的核电来。

不过仔细想想，前面已经讲了75%产于法国的energy来自法国的核电，就算是剩下的energy都从德国来，也只不过25%而已。

所以看来还是d好点
