既然第一个 IT指代的是 asteroid 那摸　第二个ＩＴ　就一样指代　asteroid

我觉得选A,理由是：

1、that在这里并不是并列从句的标志，第一个that指代 an asteroid,第二个则没有任何指代（如果C正确的话），不符合平行的原则，或者说这样的话，and后面不需要加that。请注意原句并不是 point
that clause and that clause 的形式。

2、有一般现在时表示自然规律，比如地球绕太阳运行---asteroid撞到地球，就会造成damage。我觉得也是合理的，不是一定要用虚拟语气。

选a的话没有办法和前面的that is平行了，so我认为A错

但我觉得虚拟语气里的过去时有问题……不是说if A do，B will do；if A did， B would do么？而且可能发生的不是不用过去时咩？
