我算出来是选C ，r是等于0 就是可以除得尽

条件1 ，N＝2a＋1 （a为整数）

条件2， N＝3b＋1或者N＝3b＋2（b为整数）

由条件2的两种情况，分别算出N的式子，再代进上面说的式子。

可得12n（3n＋1） （n为整数）或者12n（3n－1）（n为整数）

所以两种情况都行。C
