只是想请教一下 a 7 percent import tax on the portion of the total value of the item in excess of  $1,000 超过1000的部分有个7％的税率 ex:the total value of the item is 1200 那么import tax （1200－1000）×7％

我想问如果要表达数学式为 1200×7％（含义不变） 用英文怎么表达？
