好像很多商学院的平均工作年限都是入学前4-5年，我想知道3年成吗？大家了解哪些top20的学校招收过大陆工作未满3年的学生吗？

其实很多都是看综和条件的！！

而且很多学校其实没有规定工作经验年限的。很多data都是average .

有些没有工作经验的，其他条件好，也被录取了！！

我就是到05年秋季满3年的

其实每年都有许多2-3年的applicants拿到Top 20甚至Top 10的offer

工作经验的长短是一个因素，但不是绝对的，关键还是看综合实力和潜质吧

if you've exhibited unique strengths in your past experience (college and/or work), 2-3 years is totally qualified

what is more, I do not think bschools are ranked according to top20 or top30. There is huge difference between those programs that just make the top** list and those, say, H/S/W, magic seven, and a handful of elite schools that are always prestigious.

In this sense, if you have 750+ GMAT but average background in other areas, you are likely to obtain nearly full scholarship from some top20 school(s), but no competitive edge in others.

depends on your background. If you graduated from a top university in China and have a strong working experiences such top consulting & IB firms, it won't set much obstacles to your enterance into such b-schools. otherwise, it's really hard to say.

As you will find in the successful cases in CD, your background is enough try top10. You are also in a position to get scholarship from, say, Emory, which likes high GMAT.
