看了下几个准备申请的学校，essay题目都还在意料之中。 除了stern的第二篇：

CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK: What was the most difficult constructive feedback you have received, and what did you do as a result of it?

大家看看这个题目该如何理解"constructive feedback"?

PERSONAL EXPRESSION: Please describe yourself to your MBA classmates. You may use any method to convey your message: words, illustrations, etc. (feel free to be creative). All submissions become part of the permanent records at the NYU Stern School of Business and cannot be returned for any reason. We do not recommend submitting anything that must be viewed or played electronically or that is perishable (e.g., food). If you submit a written essay, it should be 2 pages maximum, double-spaced.

其實我覺得第三題更麻煩，而且和去年一樣

有沒有NYU的前輩講講呀
