I am sure some MBA program in USA will love to have you to boost their rankings. but I am not sure whether you can make it to top30. my advice to you, since you are so smart (getting 740+), if you can work for at least two years for a decent company, sky is the limit for you.
As I knew, a guy with 780 in GMAT, 4 year W/E, were dinged by any school he applied.
Though you have high GMAT but that does not garantee you will get in any top 30 school.
