请大家帮助这三个个offer吧，BU-30K, Rice-25K, Owen-20K，3年Healthcare w/e，想继续在这方向发展。BU和Owen都有这方面的课程，请大家再给些参考意见。谢谢！

shd remove rice for sure given ur intention of doing health care... owen is weak for its location, will definitely choose boston for its reputation in the greater china region, scholarships and location!

BU has a good reputation in healthcare,absolutely BU,plus it's location.

tht the adcomm sent to me, it says tht i'll have an 'annual
scholarships'... does it mean that the same
amount of $$$ will be awarded to me each year or is it just a one-off

请问楼主, 你提交成绩单的时候有没有使用rice网站上给出的第三方翻译或GPA转换服务?

正在为这个事情头痛, 我的成绩单原件上面有英文翻译,但是是国内100分制的,不过有注明90-100是A,80-90是B这样的评分系统

是不是必须要购买第三方的服务转成4.0制的再提交给他们?
