Admitted by Minnesota and Maryland

折腾了一年，再来报告一下今年的情况吧。今年申请了两所，最终结果都出来了。

1.Minnesota: full tuition waiver ($60k)

Re-applicant. I have to say, the guys in UMN is really really nice.

2.Maryland: Dean’s fellowship package (1st yr: tuition and fees waiver-$33000; 2nd yr, tuition remission about $10k, a stipend of $6500 with a required 180-hrs-serivce per semester )

Background: 720/650, GPA 3.0, 8 yrs management experience with a SOE.

Desired career: marketing, retail. Business development

对此两所学校了解不是很深，不过MARYLAND似乎在中国的名气要大一些，里面的中国学生据说不少。而且HR前CEO卡莉就是从MARYLAND出来的MBA。

支持楼主选UMN!UMN的总体排名和carlson的排名都还算不错

UMN所在地Minneapolis是个商业中心，有不少top500公司总部在那，商业气氛很好，据说对carlson学院一向很照顾(当然也得看个人情况)。

Has the admission decision of 3rd round been released all? Feeling depressed not receiving any news from Maryland yet.
