resume和PS完全不是一回事.
RESUME是你的简历, MBA申请的RESUME和求职的很相似. 有一些固定的要求. 具体参考下帖: http://forum.chasedream.com/dispbbs.asp?boardID=13&ID=7093
PS=PERSONAL STATEMENT 是和MBA申请ESSAY相似的申请文书, 申请MASTER和PH.D.时用的.

I don't think they are the same. Ps stands for personal statement and its purpose is to explain your reseach experience and your goal. It is usually for the people applying for phd or other master degree. MBA applicants are usually required to write a few essays that cover more topics. resume is just a compat description of your experience. In another word, resume focuses on what you did, while essays and ps focus on how you did and why you did.

我理解一下：resume是过去做过什么；而ps可以认为是和essays等同的东东。
并且申请MBA只写essay和resume即可。

对，申请master和phd，写RESUME和PS。
