I'm pretty sure you're considered with the Americans, since you did HS and college in the US. However, you will still be evaluated against other Asian Americans (American born), an over-represented group in b-school applicants. So depending on your school of choices, it can still be tough (esp for top5).

710 is good enough for top 10 generally speaking, assuming that everything else in your profile matches up as well. I'd say have a honest assessment of your overall package (GPA, WE etc).

Good luck!

thank you so much for your suggestions. I wish what jane said is true. i am not longing to get in harvard or stanford, because i dont think i will even survive there. Tuck and Kellogg will be my first choices, even though they are not much easier to get in than are the top 3.  I prefer to be in the american applicant's pool because I have a ok GMAT score, and my life and working experiences are more interesting than american's. If i am in chinese pool, though i have some edges because of my working experiences, however, my gmat score will most likely be lagging my chances. Now, i am starting preparing those hot essay questions, while crossing my fingers. wish everyone here the best luck too.

eeyupyup: I had the same GMAT score with you. I was feeling so down too about the score. The worse part is that I am a Chinese working in mainland... Don't know the chance of getting into top 10... Just think you surely will have a better chance than I. Good luck to both of us and everybody else!
