Everyone in this world has her or his own definition of happiness, some individuals may balance they（their） social life more than their jobs, those people would like to put his private life ahead of their career（很不错的句子）. However, if you let me talk my point of view, I consider the job is a factor related withto your life satisfaction much more than social life. The following reasons will demonstrate my opinion.


To begin with, compared with old generations. people nowadays need to face a significantly（修饰high吧？） high competitive environment every secondsin their life. Because of this reason, people tend to value their jobs most. For example, In most of the East asian countries such like    such as（G都考过了这种错误就有点不应该了）Japan, China, and Korea. young students are pulling themselves to work harder in order to gain better education（不错）, anda good education background always enables them to put them apart from other peers in the job market, and also most current employees always want to find a way to improve their careers. Apparently, for modern people, gaining a more decent job is more urgent task.

Additionally, building personal career will benefit you more than having a bunch of friends to hang out dose. According to general view, how many people like to accept you largely depends on how big achievement you reached on your job（好句子！）. Let us suggest there are two man, one is an aggressive young Entrepreneur, another is a lazy work always looking forward hanging out with his fellows on next sunday, which one would you like to get a deep conversation（have con with）？
If you like the entrepreneur, my might stand on my side. Accepting  being accepted by more people is always a very important issue to enhance one’s happiness.

From all aspects taken into considerations, I could confidentially draw my conclusion that in order to chase personal happiness, doing good on jobs is a popular way rather than having a strong social network. Above that, more and more people start to believe that pursuing your goal on your career will not only just bring you financial benefits but also enrich your life experience.

Independent Writing: 如果你的朋友在某门课需要帮忙， 而你是这门课的牛人。 问你认为你朋友找你帮忙好还是找专门的 tutor 帮忙比较好？


Do you still remember the gold time you spend in your university? If you do remember, and then you and I probably share some similar experiences. When I was in my school, some of my classmates would like to ask me to help them get their project done. Since I am good at Japanese language. After I soloved their problems, I used to be treated with a big meal by my fellows. But those days I started to regraded about it that may be I did not really helped my friends. some individuals may held the opinion that student may understand their classmates well than school tutors do. However, the following reasons will demonstrate my opinion.


To begin with, since the tutors working for the university must receive very tough training from special organization, while they must have  very rich teaching experiences. those two things ensure their ability of teaching .none of the students in the school could compare with them. For example,may be some talented students such as me  could explain one point will, but they can not help as tutors to get students achieve a overall understanding of the whole class. In one sentence,  tutors are experts of teaching.


another important thing we should never ignore that is tutors not only could help students to get the knowledges but also will assist students to master the way of doing research. Just as East asian saying-teaching the way of fishing is far more useful than giving people fish directly. If we apply this to my case. I could only explain some point my friends were not clear with it. But tutor can help they to master the method to deal with their study and research. the modern society values the ability of resolving problem by one own more than some certain knowledges.


From these two aspects taken into consideration carefully. I can draw the conclusion confidently that if a student has difficulties on study,  the faculty will be the best candidate to consult with.

Independent Writing: Agree or disagree? College or University should offer more preparation before students start working

As the modern society rapidly develops, recently, a controversial topic has been brought into people’s eye-sights that weather the university should make students more prepared for working before them entering the company.  According to a survey made by Chinese government that 70% new works fell they cannot adopt into company environment quickly enough. Even though many of the scholars still consider a university should be a place for academic study rather than for employee training. If you let me talk about my point of view, I consider, in order to make students more prepared to the real society, an extra program should be added into last semester as soon as possible. The following reasons will substantiate my opinion.

To begin with, introducing a preparing program could help student to be more competitive in the job market. In today’s highly competitive society, Job applicants always want to make themselves apart from the others. But the reality is many graduates with very high grades cannot accomplish a very simple task from their superior, or could not cooperate with their colleagues. For example, once we supposed to give a presentation to one of our important clients, a new work who is responsible for making slides got fired just because he revealed some of the secret information into that ppt. If you are the HR people, will you employ a student without very fundamental working profession? Therefore university should work on that to improve students’ competitive.

Additionally, do you know why the academic performance usually does equal to the working performance? I think the biggest reason is the problem solving power. Since in most of the East Asian university, grades is the only thing professor care about, the consequence students do not have any idea when they are facing real problems. The best way to solve this problem is to introduce a program that teach student how to apply they knowledge into the real world. That could only be done by the school.
From all aspect taken into consideration, I can draw the conclusion confidentially that university should be the pioneer to lead young man to be the winner not only on study but also in the real world. Therefore, introducing a strong preparing program will be a best choice.

Agree or disagree? Children should do similar jobs with their parents?

Recently, a controversial issue has been brought into people’s eye-sights that concerns children’s future career path. Weather should they enter the industry or take jobs similar with their parents? Just as the saying goes that one hundred people will have one hundred shake spear in their mind. Some individuals claim that since parents gives a tremendous influence on their children, in other words, parents may be the best teacher for kids. The job which is similar with their parents will always be the best choice for children to take. However, as a young man with freedom thing, I held the opposite view that children should find their interest by themselves. The following reason will substantiate my opinion well.

To begin with, as the modern society and technology grows, obtaining information from every possible resource via internet became a piece of cake, and also how well next generations use internet became a very topic on education. For instance, could you image a young work goes home for asking help from his father when he faced a problem on his job? Thanks to the rapid growth of IT technology enable people to learn almost anything by just clicking mouse. Apparently, parents are not a most efficient information resources any more.

Additionally, if we check this issue form society growths prospective, you probably will find a varieties types of job disappeared because of the growths of civilization. New kinds of jobs entirely replaced old jobs. New industries take over traditional industries.  This replace pace is becoming quick and quick. For example, almost 50 years ago, Japan has a very unique jobs called grass roof maker, this workers master held a skill using grass to build tradition Japanese style roof. But currently you will have difficult to find those workers, simple because people are no longer living in this old house. Even in the existing industry, the knowledge parents possessing will be outdated quickly. In one sentence, accounting on parents’ working experiences to choose job is too risky.


From all aspects taken into consideration, I can draw my conclusion confidently that in the rapidly changing world today, children should discover their interest and utilize any possible resources to chase their future career path. I believe doing chose independently will satisfice they most.
