【写作小分队】6.9考前要写30篇,老年人也要写作文呐

小心的逻辑性无比强大!这么短的时间内! 是怎么练出来的啊 想学习学习嘞~
举例也很好啊 要是在最后举个反例 就更完美了~

谢谢包子修改,但有点照顾老年人心态啊,其实批斗得可以惨无人道惨绝人寰一点。
这个主题的逻辑其实蛮奇怪的,因为根本没法定义这个抽象的形容词most important, 到底是最多?最不可缺还是最rewardable? 咦,突然发现这也是可以驳斥的三个角度唉……
但我是学HR专业的,关于人力投资能思考得比较清楚是木有可借鉴意义的。

Nowadays, an ever-increasing number of enterprise managers recognize that employees, a special resource compared to other traditional resources such as capital and lands, can have more remarkable effect on the performance of their companies. But at the same time, some people go to the other extreme arguing that for large enterprises, largest investment should be spent on the improvement of the efficiency and proficiency of the staff because it is the most worth doing(worthy of doing). From my point of view, this statement cannot bear further examination



Above all, the main reason is that the investment decision should be on the basis of the strategy of the company. As we all know, the strategy varies not only from industry to industry and from company to company, but also in(among) the differentdevelopment steps of the same industry or enterprise. The most interesting example can be found is in the textile factories. In the early textile industry

2012.5.11 independent writting

51111.11.19 NA Some jobs pay a high salary but require employees to leave their families. Some jobs pay less but close to families. Which job would you prefer? Why?





Recently, a friend of mine is irresolute in front of a hard decision. He just got a pretty good job offer from a large famous enterprise. This job chance is well paid and also it is a significant promotion in his career. Everything sounds good, so it seems that there is no doubt that he will accept the new job. Why does he hesitate indeed? The reason is that this job locates abroad but he does not want to separate from his families and friends, especially his new born son. When salary compares with company with family, people always hesitate due to the neck and neck importance of both choices. Different people have different preferences based on their own condition. From my point of view, if I were doing his same decision, I would stay for little baby. But in general, it depends.



For one thing, I insist that family’s need comes before everything. People with opposite view of mine maybe challenge me by showing the significant large amount of businessmen who work far from home pursuing higher salaries or profit. In essence, I did not deny or ignore this prevail phenomenon. And even surprisingly, I am also a guy who lives far away from my parents and I do have some reasonable reasons just same as the most “drift on water” guys do, such as higher salary, more work chances, better live environment and so on. But in my opinion, there are only one thing which is of the greatest importance and should be taken under consider when I am making the “going far away” decision: my families’ need. For example, under the circumstances when my families in sick need my care, when my little baby need love and day by day company from his/her mother just as described in the above my friend’s status or when I am just married, it is better to stay with the most important people. On the contrary, if folks’ need in the first place is money to pay for tuition or hospitalizationcosts, I will go to wherever earn more.



Furthermore, the company of family outweighs anything. Though higher salary can give better education environment for my children and higher living standard for families, I feel from my deep heart that the loss of company to spouse, children and parents does not enable to be made up only by the material conditions improvement. As in the example of parents and children, there is nobody who leaved his children in order to earn more and would not regret the irresponsible decision when he realizes company is the most valuable thing for both parents and children. Also, Long distance or separation is the main cause of breaking up and divorces. Thus, when we could choose to stay with family, it’s always the better choice.



In sum, personally I prefer to stay with my family no matter the salary, but all my decision is on the basis of family’s need so when the money is a key element of the welfare of my family, I would go for high salary with no doubt.

51210.2.13 NA Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? People who cannot accept criticism will not succeed working in teams.

At present, team work prevails in enterprises, especially used in international or complex programmes. Team work has incomparable merits such as flat-organization, high efficiency and remarkable flexibility. When considering of which kind of people fit the role playing in a team, there comes up a question: If a person who cannot tolerate criticism, would he work well in a team? As far as I am concerned, the answer to it is quite obvious: No!



For one thing, the main reason is: No criticism, no progress. Not one of us is birth to perfect. Only through people around you judging you, we get better. For example, when we are working in a team, every team member is trying his best to contribute to the final objective of the team. Team members would discuss to find out the best final scheme by rigorously judging different or even opposite views of each other. And this judging process is quite helpful for us to correct the mistakes and perfect original plan. People who reject to accept new ideas would lose this valuable chance to make great strides.



Another reason can be concluded as “No cooperation, no outcome”. People can be successful by their own hard work. But in team work, cooperation is of significant and necessary importance. Furthermore, all we all know, everyone has his advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, we should be unassertive and respect the criticism from others especially the ones who have long experience and unique views. Otherwise, people will drift apart and do not communicate with us anymore. In this case, people who cannot tolerate opposite opinions are arrogant and not easy-going. Without close cooperation, it is hard to achieve both organization goal and our personal objectives.



In sum, as I reasoned above, criticisms perfect us, and accepting criticism kindly reinforces cooperation, in turn, contributing to team outcome. Toleration of criticism is one of the most required features of a qualified team player. Therefore, I do agree with the topic statement.
