请问GWU的MAcc到底要不要寄材料（成绩单、银行存款证明）？

关于成绩单，官网上两个地方说的有些矛盾：
一个是The following documents are required to apply for admission to the Master of Accountancy: Official transcript from each institution attended, including George Washington University. Transcripts must be in a sealed envelope to be considered official.

另外一处说Transcripts are required from all colleges and universities attended, whether or not credit was earned, the program was completed, or the credit appears as transfer credit on another transcript. Unofficial transcripts from all colleges and universities attended should be uploaded to your online application. Official transcripts are required only of applicants who are offered admission.

CD上的GWU MAcc答疑帖的LZ说去年她寄了……

还有

Financial Certificate for international applicants who require I-20. 那个表格和银行存款证明如果上传到网申系统里了，是不是就不用寄纸质材料了？
