排除B 没有见过SO..that 结构省略THAT的
C是时态问题，整个句子都是一般式，完成时态不匹配，第一谓语commissioned表示动作发生在过去，定从的时态应该和宾从时态一致，用一般现在时。
所以答案是A

为什么B项 的make 不用加s呢 ？不是主谓不一致了吗？
