然后出了这点我认为B项是对的

可能他们认为会造成歧义是认为them指向了fields吧
但是这句话的主语是patchwork 是单数
所以这里many of them没有歧义

我自己总结的时候只总结到后面有没有谓语的问题
没有考虑到指代 many of them可以是同位语，所以即可以指代宾语又可以指代主语，比whom好~

呵呵 仔细想了想我觉得这个结论有点...
我觉得them在用的时候也要很注意，并不是说ETS更喜欢them 因为them很容易造成指代的歧义

就是我上面用黄色标出来的那句话是不是说的太绝对了
many of whom后面是必须要加谓语的
但是many of them是不是要看情况啊
比如说OG12-43
