C 我觉得and also一般是错的 至少 AS WELL AS 比它好 而且 fewer 不能修饰carbon dioxide（不可数） they指代不明确

 楼主看错了A中才是emitting和brun不平行

D中也出现了and also .并且they指代不明确。
            that have a comparable size不如
                of comparable size简洁

E that have a comparable size不如
                        of comparable size简洁    they指代不明确
