补充一下之前总结的the same as和the same that在GMAT考试中的区别：1）如果as/that后面的句子出现倒装或是省略，使用the same as；2）如果比较对象是抽象名词，用the same as；3）如果比较对象是way或是year后面的句子没有倒装或是省略，用the same that；4）如果比较对象是具体名词，且在后面的定语从句中做宾语的话，用The same…that；

这个现象是因为the same…as结构很特殊，能够imply动词（即省略动词，而不写出），as后面的东东也能倒装。
但是不一定as后面必须倒装，因为比较结构里连词as后面可以用正常语序：
例如5（prep1-92）：Scientists have found new evidence that people initially register emotions such as sadness or anger in much the same way as they experience heartburn--by monitoring what's going on within their bodies.
例如6（prep2-118）：Research has shown that when speaking, individuals who have been blind from birth and have thus never seen anyone gesture nonetheless make hand motions just as frequently and in the same way as sighted people do, and that they will gesture even when conversing with another blind person.
