你可以假设一个情形像台湾选总统，男人们可能每届都会投票，女人们可能两三届才投一次，而且投的都是保守票（无关痛痒的）。括号里说的是，一个女人刚开始参政的国家，开始投票的时候，女人越容易，“没有男人投票那么频繁，而且更保守”，后来这种差别就会越来越小了~~~
