讲人们从rural areas migrate to cities,很多研究忽略了其中种族的差异。将因为farm lands少，nonagriculture works也少，导致地价上升，但是对应的农产品价格没有上升（有一题问以下都上升了，除了。。。就选这个）。但是African American都是租土地的，而white是土地拥有者。租金涨了。。。。。。导致middle class in T 减少了。。。。。。失忆了

P2支持者就说开采的经济效益会大。但是US当时反对这个开采。Moreover, the bigger obstacle is 技术问题吧。两个坏处（1）sediment会污染，进而破坏整个ecology（2）忘了。但是呢，metal、oil 的价格都在上涨，所以economic 效益会很好
P3反对者说there is not that much metal（有一题我就是根据there is判断的，there is 强调事实存在），而且可能经济效益不大
