我考得不好，只是上来确认一些考到的狗狗。数学比想象中的好，语文就不好意思说了。

1. JJ 29 （学校取消种族隔离 school dis-segregation)
开头主要是说supreme court made decision 时忽略了一个social study on community. 然后讨论两点。
一 点是delegate power to local schools and district court, supreme court 认 为 local authorities 可以制定local laws 更好的完成school dis-segregation, 但 是 social study 发现一些有效率的dis-segregation的政策同时让一些local institution 继续保持 segregation (后面这句话我没有读大懂）。 考古V2的意思是：但是,大牛的study发现保留一部分segregatedSchool更加有利 (虽然好像是这个意思，但是联系上下文，我没有跟上这个逻辑，希望有考到的大牛能够在这解释一下）
另外一点就是local schools 没有立刻执行，而是在哪里拖延时间。
最后结论那句话很重要。
