1）p+1=q
2)  q<2p

这个是怎么得出来答案是D呢。

看解释说 at lowest term是最简分数的意思
但是怎么得出这个E呢。
我考虑的说P.Q不是整数。。
但是这个也很牵强。
如果P,Q是整数的话。答案应该是A吧。

【分析】根据（1）：p=q-1>0 -> q>1；又得出p/q=(q-1)/q，由于相邻两数互质，所以p/q是最简分数。

根据（2）：p/q>1/2，又由题：p<q -> p/q<1，则1/2<p/q<1。这里只能得出p/q的范围，但无法判断是否是最简分数，故insufficient。
【PS】A fraction is said to be at its lowest terms when the numerator and the denominatorcannot be                   divided by the same number to arrive at a lower valued numerator anddenominator. For                               example:3/4 is at its lowest terms because the numerator 3 andthe denominator 4 cannot be                       divided by the same number to lower their values.

我觉得他说是正数，没说是正整数啊。可以考虑分数的情况。 比如p=1/4  q=4/5  那样就不是最简了
