highGMAT上的一道题，不知如何下手
A number of people each wrote down one of the first 30 positive intergers.Were any of the integers written sown by more than one of the people?
(1)the number of people who wrote down an integers was greater than 40
the answer is A
请问是概率题吗？指教一二！
