81. Political Advertisement:
Mayor Delmont's critics complain aboutthe jobs that were lost in the city under Delmont's leadership. Yet the
fact is that not onlywere morejobs created than were eliminated, but each year since Delmont took office the

bigger.
Which of the following, if true, most seriously weakens the argument in the advertisement?
(A) The unemployment rate in the city is higher today than it was when Mayor Delmont took office.
(8) The average pay for jobs in the city was at a ten-year low when Mayor Delmont took office.
(e) Each yearduring Mayor Delmont's tenure, the average pay for jobs that were eliminated has been higher
than the average pay for jobs citywide.

soon asthe decision to launch them has been made.

83. An eyeglass manufacturer tried to boost sales for the summer quarter by offering its distributors a special
discount if their orders for that quarter exceeded those for last year's summer quarter by at least 20 percent.
Many distributors qualified for this discount. Even with much merchandise discounted, sales increased enough to
produce a healthy gain in net profits. The manufacturer plans to repeat this success by offeringthe same sort of
discount for the fall quarter.
Which of the following, if true, most clearly points to a flaw in the manufacturer's plan to repeat the successful
performance of the summer quarter?
(A) In general, a distributor's orders for the summer quarter are nohigher than those for the spring quarter.
(8) Along with offering special discounts to qualifying distributors, themanufacturer increased newspaper and
radio advertising in those distributors' sales areas.
(e) The distributors most likely to qualify for the manufacturer's special discount are those whose orders were
unusually Iow a year earlier.
(D) The distributors who qualified for the manufacturer's special discount were free to decide how much of
that discount to pass onto their own customers.
(E) Thedistributors' ordering more goods in the summer quarter left them overstocked for the fall quarter.

AA JJ36:
The following appeared in a letter from a part-owner of a small retail clothing chain to her business partner:
“Commercial real estate prices have been rising steadily in the Sandida Heights neighborhood for several years, while the prices in the adjacent neighborhood of Palm Grove have remained the same. It seems obvious, then, that a retail space in Sandida Heights must now be much more expensive than a similar space in Palm Grove, which was not the case several years ago. So, it appears that retail spaces in Sandida Heights are now overpriced relative to those in Palm Grove. Therefore, it would be in our financial interest to purchase a retail space in Palm Grove rather than in Sandida Heights.”

AA思路
1. S低价涨可能只是广告炒作,真正买的时候可能会有折扣之类的
2. S的价格涨可能是更好的投资,证明当地经济不错
3.P的价格不变可能本来就很高了,所以卖不动也就涨不了价值类的
